https://www.sneed4speed.com/alta-dua...or-r53-mini-s/

Comes with different complete set of tips...One Brand NEW set, one used set. I paid $180.00 to have a Perforamce Racing Exhaust Shop in Rhode Island extend them a bit for a more aggressive look. The extended tips exposed them a bit better when I had the Aero Kit Rear bumper on too. ( see below photo )

The ALTA Performance R53 exhaust system sounds, looks great and performs the way the factory system should have. The exhaust note is pleasant and lively at idle while giving a sporty, throaty growl under hard acceleration. You get all these benefits without any annoying resonances at high idle or while cruising the interstate.

PRICE INCLUDES the BONUS Set of tips AND SHIPPING TO THE CONUS...Guessing its a lot....
Or local pick up ! - Cape Cod.

Alta had 2 versions of this. 2.5" and 3" pipe. Which one is it? It kinda looks like the 3" piping but hard to tell in pics.

Also, any more pics of your MINI? I'd love to see a few more shots with that mid-wing! Don't see many of them anymore and from the one rear pic that looks awesome!

It's the 2.5"

Was the larger one for the R53 ? or the R56 Turbo ?

They had a 3" version for the R53. It was the same design and bends but with 3" pipe. I think they stopped making it due to lack of sales maybe? I'd have bought it. There were some vids on youtube and it sounded nice! Had a lower tone than the 2.5".
