Exclamation R55/R56/R57 JIC Cross Single-Adjustable Coilovers

Category: Suspension
Price: $1050
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): R55, R56, R57
Location (Region): NorthEast
Item Condition: Used

I have a bunch of goodies to pass on to the next mini-fan.
NOTE: ALL IMAGES ARE STOCK IMAGES, I HAVEN'T TAKEN PICS OF MY STUFF.

JIC Cross Single-Adjustable Coilovers - Asking $1050 shipped.
Bought from another NAMer (jjb), who had 20K street miles on them. I used them for 7k miles. They are great coilovers, not harsh, but a great firm ride (but S/O didn't like it, so off it goes). I had dustboots around them the whole time I had them on the car which preserved them well from road grime. Cleaned out before putting them away, sparkling clean and ready to go on to the next lucky Mini. I paid way more than what I am asking. While cleaning out with degreaser, I ended up fading some of the anodizing on the top plates , so willing to let them go for the price I am asking. They are no longer available through Cross, as Cross Japan stopped exporting to the US. Sold for $2500 when new.

!!!SOLD!!! -- JCW Front Strut Tower Brace - new around $255, I am asking $125 shipped

!!!SOLD!!! -- Autoxcooper adjustable rear control arms - 1 pair, can be installed lower or upper - powder coated black, with spherical bearing rod ends. New $180, asking $100 shipped

!!!SOLD!!! --
Lower Engine Mount (Torque Arm) large insert - Powerflex yellow
- used for 1.5 years. new $38, I am asking $20 shipped.
!!!SOLD!!! -- Lower Engine Mount (Torque Arm) small end bushing - Powerflex - used for 1.5 years. new $33, I am asking $15 shipped.

!!!SOLD!!! -- Mini Mania lowering springs, front and rear. Asking $100 shipped. Lowers around 1.5 inches, not too aggressive, but perfect to close the wheel gap. Bought from a fellow NAMer (speedracer1600). I don't know the spring rates.

They sure are vibrant. I was told the larger bushing would be tolerable, but both would be very NVHey, I installed both at the same time, so don't know the difference, but I like the tight feeling during shifting. Never tried bsh arm, so no idea.

It is not a no brainer mod, but there is a good ROI if you are fine with additional vibration.

I have both of these installed in my car and there is no decernable extra NVH. A lot less than the BSH.

Forgot to mention that the Cross coilovers are single adjustable, like Bilstein PSS or Koni Sports.

My sincere apologies to everyone that I still have not been able to ship out the parts. My daughter had a concussion and we had been dealing with that. I am planning to have them out this coming weekend the latest. Thanks for your patience gentlemen.
