Nothing "gold" in the 2002 line-up...

Found the 2011 MINI Challenge hot wheels car in blue today at a Target store.

Zerohour - where did you find the red? I am in the same general area as you.

The blue MINI CHALLENGE comes with normal wheels (shown above) and also special wheels with redline tires.

There is also a yellow MINI in a special Toys"R"Us 10 Pack.

I rarely see any HotWheels or Matchbox MINI's in the Denver area, but I always have an eye out. I'm waiting to see if they are going to put out MINI's in the Cars 2 toy collection. I would be all over it.

Thanks James. I came across your website a year or two ago and really appreciate what you've done there

I have the blue and red HW challenge series cars...and the Morris Mini. I picked them up at our local Walmart. They didn't have blue at first, and now they don't have red. I imagine the cars are produced and released in lots. So I recommend stopping in the toy isle while you're grocery shopping or picking up other essentials.

I haven't had any luck getting the Matchbox Blue Austin Mini or the yellow Modern Mini Convertible. I'm pretty sure at five cars, my work desk will be at capacity! lol

Thanks!

There is also a solid Yellow MINI as part of a Toys"R"Us 10 Pack:
Collectibles: Hot Wheels 2011 yellow MINI

As I mentioned, there are two blue MINI CHALLENGE versions.

This is available through Target. Saw a set myself tonight.

I did however end up picking up two Mini Challenges, one for me and one for my two year old son.

Not sure if anyone is still looking for the Blue Challenge car with the red wheels, but there is one on ebay right now (not my auction!) :

I found this one at Target yesterday. Looks like a new variation that I had never seen mentioned before. So that makes a total of 4 different MINI Challenge cars...
