Anyone have any word on when new Matchbox and Hot Wheels will be coming out? Most stores seem to have low stock on the current ones, so I hope that means new ones are on the way.

I'm eager to get one of those green Countryman ones. I already have 21 of the white challenge ones, so I'm fiending for something new!

Hey James, yeah I sure do! I found a few of those recently.

I always tell myself that I don't need any more of the ones I already have, but then I see them on the shelf for less than a buck. Of course I always buy them anyways. It's like I have an unwavering duty to adopt them all. Kind of like looking at a puppy that's up for adoption, once you make eye contact, there's no turning back!

Oh, and that's a slick Coupe ya got there!

Love the collections guys. I have a shelf full of hot wheels and as of right now just 3 are minis. I'd love to get my hands on one of the non challenge minis.

From what I can find, there is just one Matchbox MINI for 2012, a Cooper S Convertible. It has been available for months.



There is one Hot Wheels MINI for 2012, a green Countryman rally car. I don't believe this one has been released yet.

 

It's not Hotwheels or Matchbox but here it is .

I just picked up the Hershey's Mini a week ago.. nice little car.

 

What brand is the Hershey MINI? I would like to find and buy it.

 

The Hershey Mini Cooper is only available at a Hershey World Store.

 

In an Antique shop, of all places my husband found the classic die cast "clown" series. It has "Fitz 'n Giggles mobile clown school emblazoned on it. It is now hanging from my rear view mirror.

It was even unopened. But had to open and display it in Giggles!

 

The collections are just the best ever seen...Like the Blue Challenge car if anyone bought that?? Do update the pic!

I'm thinking the Green Countryman might not be coming out after all.

The listing has been removed from the HW site and the HW Wiki. The HW site has replaced it's number (#28) with a model called "Monster Dairy Delivery". I found another site that lists it for 2012, but the description has a strikethrough line over it. Any other sites that list 2012 models make no mention of it either.

Edit 7-31: Checked several stores that are fully stocked with the new 2012 models and no Countryman... :(

 

Just snagged "Becky Wheelin", from Pixar Cars 2. It was a no-brainer, as it looks nearly identical to my Giggles!!!!!!

Now, how to display her on my dash?!

I haven't seen any Mini Hot Wheels or Matchboxes lately. I did pick up two BMW Z4 M GT3s and a Matchbox Z4. I'll have to look out for the Countryman.

 

Sweet! Where did you find that? I guess I don't understand how Hot Wheels releases their lines of toys, since this model still doesn't show on any lists, and the 2012's just came out about recently. Hot Wheels' own website doesn't even have this one listed. I've checked in every store I've been in and had pretty much given up. Good news though, thanks!
