A MINI amongst a sunset (new pic I took)

Think I should bring the owner's manual, huh?
P.S.: get this.... my camera has a video (no sound) feature, but you can't NLE after downloading! Why have that feature if you can't edit?!
Still goin'...
On the way to soccer practice tonight. MINI kind of hard to see, but it's like Creature From The Black Lagoon. Good thing the lights were on. Too cheap for fancy programs, tried Paint for something.
Still trying...

Looking for an excuse to post another shot.

I don't know this Feeble term you speak of Juan...your photos are never feeble. Unless of course feeble means amazing in some alien language...then it's ok.

Juan-Yep she's back from the doc...all fixed up and everything. She even got some plastic surgery. I would have liked she told me first but I didn't mind her shiney new skin, she looks years younger!
Kurt-getting better, can you leave your shutter open longer? Not sure if your camera has that feature. or try the night setting, it's good for beginners. The setting is usually a symbol of a little guy with a star over his shoulder. What it does is sends the flash out and around rather than being concentrated so it's more diffused. you're camera should have it. make sure you either use a tri-pod or steady your camera on a rock or something so it won't be blurry.

My lame camera has an automatic, portrait, and manual setting. Still need to find instructions. I know what you're talking about concerning 35mm SLR camera functions, but pushing the correct sequence... it's alot work while following the color across the sky.
And remember, my car's stock, and dusty!
I have been using the tripod. Trouble is, the shutter has no cable release feature, and the two stage shutter is not smooth. How did you use a tripod in your last picture?

Just had this thread pointed out to me by 89AKurt, wow, there are some really cool works of art here. Here's my contribution, these were taken during sunrise by a beach just outside of Daytona FL, I found that there was sufficent lighting to start photographing ~15 min before the offical sunrise, I had about a 1/2 before the sky began to lose its color I took these w/out a tripod. I prefer the cooler tones of the AM cause to me the clouds jump off the sky with just a little more contrast.

Thanks for posting. I'm still stumbling into old, but cool, threads.

I thought AZ had a monopoly...
