Hey Dave, your "sunsets" are as boring as mine nowadays.

So it's just part of the car. The low sun angle helps for this shot of my dorky cheapskate modification.

LOL CPL Right rear and left Xneon. Part of the reason I've cut back CPL use quite a bit, since I've had it happen to me I can laugh.

Jon: that's a very nice shot. I like the way the line of MINIs is curving away. The best part about it for me is that it wasn't an attempt at HDR, but rather using the contrast and underexposure of the foreground to your advantage.

Gorgeous. Seeing that puts CR/W back to the top of my list. I'd love to see sparkling silver in a shot like that.

Thanks I'm pretty pleased with the way those came out too.

Just to clarify something, that's actually Solar Red / Silver.

Gorgeous pics, Dave.

Hope you don't mind, I'm currently using the one in post 505 as my desktop wallpaper. I got 3 questions/compliments on it just today.

Ooops. Sorry. I've been out of the MINI loop for two years and I didn't even know there was a solar red. Lovely combination and beautifully captured.

Here is a MOKE shot I took Sunday. Not too bad considering it was shot from the window of a moving Mini!

The paintjob is orange... like a sunset.

I'm glad to see something different here.

Time for a real camera.

The auto-focus is screwed up now, camera must have been dropped one too many times. Only a few were in focus tonight.

I just washed Swifty, but the drips collected the cinder dust really great!

Gee, thanks.

Too bad there isn't a real sunset sky for you.

Let's see some up close!
