A MINI amongst a sunset (new pic I took)
If you mean the T, it is a sticker showing where my transponder(the device that talks to timing and scoring) is located. I forgot to put one on for sebring. The car will also have a few more graphic changes by St. Louis.

Dust on Sensor
Brian, first off, I'm impressed with the pics. I'm a sucker for sunset shots.
I checked out the larger images and think I see spots on this pic.

It looks like you may have some dust on the sensor. Look through the files after this image and see if you can also see spots in the same part of the frame. (upper left-hand between the wires on shot above)
Hopefully I'm wrong. You were there. Is it a stray cloud or something else?

Thanks for your compliments guys. I want to get a tripod to make them crisp.
Yea I see what you are talking about. I am almost positive that is a cloud. Its not in any of the other exposures

The light balance is accidental. Really depends on setting, angle to sun, light dispersion, faking out the automatic features on the camera, taking many shots and switching settings. I have a better idea what to look for in buying a camera!

Nice work on this first set of photos. I'm pretty jealous of the great sunsets you get out in Denver.

Kurt I really like the last one, the way the clouds are it reminds me of long exposure ocean shots of waves, good to see you trying out new angles too, I should be sunsets have slowly been getting better around here, but the clouds are on the wrong side of the sky, making them not as interesting.

It's really luck on your angle to the sun in relation to clouds that change so quickly. Just in the time to move the car for a better angle, you get back out and the light shifted enough to make the effort worthless! A time lapse of me scurrying about would be funny.
