NAM - Mini Photo Challenge game!!!
Hi everyone,
I thought this could be a pretty neat idea - so I want to test the waters to see if we can get something going here. We all love our Minis profoundly, so it would be entertaining to put them in challenging situations to show off our photo skills.
So I introduce to you... THE NAM MINI PHOTO GAME.
This is similar to the "dare" game played by kids, except this one is played by adults with their cars. The game goes as follows:
1. A person posts a challenge (use BOLD AND MAYBE COLOUR to make it obvious).
2. Someone gets to the challenge and posts a picture of the challenge being complete. The picture used must be either brand new, or very recent. Obviously, it must a) feature a Mini and b) at least one of the cars must be YOUR Mini.
3. The original poster approves the winner.
4. Whoever is declared the winner now posts a new challenge. Go to step 1 above.
RULES (IMPORTANT)
1. Easy on the Photoshop. Touchups are fine; cut and paste jobs aren't.
2. Try to make it fun, but has to be reasonable. The challenge cannot require people to break any laws, engage in criminal/sexually explicit/otherwise not parentally approvable activities, and try to maintain a good spirit. Remember - this is fun.
3. The picture used must be either brand new, or very recent. Don't go dig out a picture from your old archives just because it fits. That defeats the purpose of the game.
4. Please check if a challenge has been posted before posting one. There can only be so many "DOG DRIVING MINI" pictures.
Let's go!!!

FIRST CHALLENGE:
The weather has been awful lately. Snowstorms, winter, slush and salt have exhausted county budgets, and have placed undue strain on public finances. Being a Mini driver, you are a socially conscious, sustainable individual, so you are here to help. You have modified your Mini to perform a public service in some way, so please post a picture of this!

At first it was cute, and I snapped the cell photo above below. However they quickly became a bit too interested in the car. One tried to enter the passenger door while others tried to enter the boot.
I ran over to the car to clear them away, and one jumped right up on the bonnet. The claws put a nice set of scratches in the fender and hood. Fortunately, it buffed out a few days later.
The turkey photo was taken a few months ago, if that qualifies as "recent" per the rules.
Judges?
