My brother helped me put this together a short clip of last weekend's dyno tune adventure. Enjoy!

 

Here's my dyno plot(s). RunFile_001.drf is my final run of the day (RunFile_004.drf is the baseline) & you'll notice the peak is still climbing. Notice the rpm cutoff at 6.7, which is totally bizarre. We've isolated this to either an issue with my Screamin' Demon coil or Kingsbourne spark plug wires, so both will be replaced shortly & then I'll tune again to take full advantage of the Frackmobile's capacity.

Where's everybody at? Does anyone know of a dyno here in town that we can go do a couple pulls? I want to get an accurate a/f read on where my car's at before Dr.Steve puts the a/f gauge in.

fracky if my car ever gets out of Edge Motor's. Steve is going to do a little rewiring and you can check out my A/F gauge (DX-16). I have it mounted in between the Speedo and tech. It looks real good with all 5 gauges togather.

 

I'm headed over to Hooters for a beer after 6:00 P.M. tonight to check out if another group of car enthusiasts shows up. I met one of their group a few weeks ago and would like to check it out. Anyone wanting to tag along is welcome, as usual.

No one there. There was one WRX in the parking lot, but nothing else interesting and no group of car crazies inside. I been there twice on Wednesday and neither time have they showed.

I'm going to call Whipple in a minute. Does anyone want in on this action? .....just called Whipple & they don't rent out their dyno. Is Method Motor Works still in business? I did some dyno time there 4 years ago.

 

Method is who I was talking about.

 

The Hooters were inside, not in the parking lot. They seem to upgraded their women; they all are robust now.
