Dr.Steve:
What's the good word on the failed throttle position sensor? I was somewhat disappointed yesterday to have another failed run, but was a happy camper that you were right there to help diagnose & monitor the situation. Let's stay on-track with our project, but lets talk soon about upgrading the suspension. Jill & my comment about the current H-Sport springs with stock struts was: "it sounds like we're riding on an outta control rusty box spring".

With more testing, it looks like the throttle body took a dump. The accelerator pedal control looks good on the computer, the tb doesn't give any feedback.

Hmmmm....so is this where we do an upgraded tb or go with the pundits & install OEM? I've read that a bigger bore is actually a drawback & you can develop a flat-spot after install. Thoughts?

I don't know of anyone besides M7 who sold an upgraded throttle body. OEM is fine. So you're busy today huh?

The Frackmobile is healthy again. A clip broke and allowed the extended throttle body cable to touch the fan. It wore though the wire loom and cut one wire. New clip installed and wire tied so it can't happen again.

That's good news. I'm glad we were close to the shop & weren't on our way to AMVIV or something. Are you gonna start our gauge project? Emil e-mailed me this morning requesting a/f data. Keep up the great work Dr.Steve.

You should drive your MINI for a week and let me finish Checkers before you leave it here for a millennium.

Sounds like a great idea to me. One shop display at a time. Besides Steve only has one pedestal for now, but I here he might order an other one for winter.
