Just looked, its snowing all around him, and there's more weather coming in from the west.
Steve also told me his power was out.

Power's out, but solar is on. At least the telephone lines are underground or the phones and Internet would be out also. The overhead wires are about 3 inches in diameter with snow around them. Last night it snowed some serious Sierra Cement. It's packing down pretty fast but it doesn't help that there are still some snow flurries. It's slightly above freezing so it's melting slowly.

Good one. Traction seems to be the issue now. My driveway has turned into ice and I can only get three quarters up it with a running start. It seems to have melted out some in the last two hours so I am going to try again.

I wouldn't have wanted to go down my driveway today. Trying to get up it was bad enough because I kept sliding sideways towards the edge and would have rolled over the solar panels on the way down. I finally made it, but I plowed my street with the front end of my MINI to the main road since all my neighbors have pickup trucks.

I could always come over from Mariposa with the jeep and pull you in, out or otherwise.
We received 2+ inches last night and now it is 37 and raining, probably more snow tonight.
Susie went to work in Merced this morning and encountered snow all the way through Cathy's Valley past the CDF station. So it got down to 1000"+/-.

Yeah, a couple of years ago Caltrans was plowing snow in Catheys' Valley which convinced me to turn around and head back down the hill.

I don't know if you would have liked my driveway that much in your Jeep since the 4x4 PG&E truck was slipping a good bit getting back out.

If I had to shovel my driveway and/or plow a road to leave my house, I'd stay home! This could make it difficult to keep a job, which is why it's probably a good thing that it doesn't snow in Fresno.

Going to check with a couple of other shops up here, but it's looking more 'n more like I will be headed to Kurata's. Will be in Fresno tomorrow, so see you guy's....sometime in the afternoon.

Brad Jan shipped my new cam today so as soon as we get a date for the tune I'll need to set up a time to have it installed. I hope you can install it the day before the tune.

Willum Edge in dublin can handle it, or BBM in Oakland. If you go to BBM you can see Jerry's car, it was still there this last weekend.
