I've got it down to two. The problem is should I got for a 17 x 7 that weights 15 LBS Or should I go with a 17 X 7.5 that weights 17 LBS?

 

My opinion....... weight is more important than a small increase in width.
Funny thing is my opinion flys in the face of my latest choice of wheels and tires.The Hooked On Minis event in a few weeks will sort out my muddled thinking. Signed 'Confused'.

 

Well the 17 x 7 look better in my oppion and are cheaper so thats what I'll prolly end up doing with.

You can put as big as 215x45 on that 7 incher if you get a good designed spoke (for those new Wilwoods) and an off-set in at least the low 40's. Trouble with that big tire is weight. What tire are you looking at? I know you were looking at some sort of bundle from a mass wholesaler.

All of our happiness. When ChrisW rolls into the parking lot with the blue iForged on the Mini it'll put a smile on our face & if we're all smiling then we'ze a happy bunch. Do the right thing, spring for blue iForged or at the very worst let Chris "donk" his car like he keeps threatening.
