He may have to hold off on the house while he gets that dipstick install done. It's a very complicated and time consuming procedure. Or is that a beer consuming procedure, I forget?

Alright! Looks like Peter's backlog is getting cleared. It would be gray if it were a battleship.

Sounds like there will be some major mods happening this weekend. Hope that the weather is good.

I found out today that an '05 MCS has a different dipstick than my '06 MC. The '06 stick doesnt have the plastic tip, so it binds up a little less.

The difference is the MC and MCS, not the year.

Steve,
Next time you put in an order, can you get the "quickie" oil drain plug? I don't mind paying $20 but over $7 for shipping (Moss MINI)....what gives with that? No rush.... Just by next saturday.... Just kidding. If you can get it great...if not, No biggie. Or is there a different way to go?
Thanks,

A big one (thunder/lightning/mega rain) came thru about an hour or so ago, but not bad right now...lots of clouds but the roads are dry.
2 1/2 rooms down..1.5 to go....whoooppeee. Should be done with this project by next weekend...only 100+ more projects to go. I should have known how long "trim" painting can take. Gotta order the new doors in the next few weeks...then more painting 'n new hardware....

When your done with yours, you can come down and do mine.

I hate to clean the baseboards and trim, no less replace and paint.

Back to the rain. It was 75* in Sausalito yesterday. My M7 USS came that I won at AMVIV so now I will have more than a key fob from M7.
The AGS should arrive around the end of the month, too. Brad, are you headed up this way tomorrow? We could at least finish your USS.

End links are ordered and Alta-nator pulleys. I ordered two pulleys, also, just in case you wanted to do it at the same time as the 2% crank pulley. Now I'm spending your money. After the AGS I'm done for awhile. California income tax all but bankrupted me.

I know what you mean. Between the harnesses and quarterly taxes, I'm in the same boat.

I'm done for today. Long day of taxes and then the drive home in the driving rain afterwards. See you tomorrow.
