Well, I have Vodka and Tequila in the fridge so we could probably figure something out to stay warm.

Go get some Wall-Mart specials :P That way when you brake hard, the tires might pop from all the force on them

Yeah, but think of all the mods you can buy with the money.

Hello all this is Jonathan from World One Performance or (WO).

This may be too late, and that is fine, you can choose not to read this, but I would really like to give you my side of the story.

First off I would like to appologize for how long this situation has gone on for Blake. He, like a lot of you has been a great customer to have and if I have lost his business and the others of you that know who you are I am sorry to hear that.

My intention was to get you guys great deals, get you the parts ASAP, and provided you with an informative follow-up.

So....

Blake ordered a Titanium Strut Tower Brace from me. It did take quite a while to figure everything out, because he wanted one when I only had one left and lots of blacks on order. If I recall correctly I invoiced him for a black one and he called me back saying he wanted the group buy price, but he wanted the Titanium bar and not the black bar that was actually on the group buy.

I promised him I would get him that bar and I did....eventually. I had an issue at hand to deal with (which Blake knows about). I even called him from home on my day off from my home phone. I had also had a new customer of mine in Hawaii that wanted the same bar in Titanium (also in the group buy). I had to make a decision, which I did and give Blake the Titanium bar. You see, Blake had ordered from me before and was a great returning customer and I wanted to keep that great relationship. As for the other gentleman that seemed to not be in a hurry, I offered him my cost + shipping on a titanium bar in the future or a black bar now.

I took the M7 Strut Tower Brace off the wall the next Monday and packaged it up with newspaper on both ends to the point where I thought it would be safe. I briefly inspected it and sent it out via DHL. I am only human and very easily could have missed one blemish on one out of 30 products I shipped out that same day. From a business stand point what I failed to do before advising Blake to turn in the claim, was to ask to see pictures of the bar with the blemishes. By seeing a picture of the box and the bar I too would have noticed that it wasn't DHL. During that time we had submited 3 claims that week alone for the way DHL was handling our products, so it just seemed like another "issue".

When filing a claim with DHL you have to have the person the product was received by file the claim and that is what we had Blake do. The unfortunate part that I did not realize was that the claim process sucks and I was letting Blake down. Had I known that I would have an eventually did get Blake a new bar and give him my shipping account number with DHL to ship the damaged one to me. Had anyone told me that there was such turmoil here with me this would not have gone on this long or far. I feel that World One has been badmouthed due to lack of communication. For those that do not know, I was told I was having a customer commit fraud to DHL for advising Blake to claim on what I thought was a shipping error. To be honest that is a serious thing to say and was not taken lightly.

The point....

I care greatly about the company I work for and more importantly I care about you guys! I have helped many of you many times with POSITIVE input and I never got one piece of that in this situation or anyone sticking up for me or calling me to tell me what people were saying...That kinda hurts guys. It is a very bad thing when you work so hard to make people happy, then one issue arrises and people join hands in hate to World One (Jonathan) and decide that we are no good and will not do business with us. I even saw someone on this thread that listened to you guys and that I had never helped before say that they too would not use WO's services.

The reason I needed to bring this out is to tell you guys that I too was hurt by this. I felt I had to tell one of my previous customers that I really enjoyed doing business with that I could no longer be of service to him for the things he said to me.

The only thing I hope to get out of this is some understanding. I don't want your money or your sympathy, just the due respect that I did try and did rectify this situation even if I wasn't very speedy.

Please think about all of this. I don't want to loose anyones business and I do truely enjoy the enthusiasm of all of you who call me to talk about or buy parts. I love my job because of everyones stories or dreams they share with me about what they want to see next or do next to their cars.

If anyone wishes to talk to me about this on the phone, AIM, PM or email, please feel free, I would love to hear your words.

Sincerely,

Jonathan
World One Performance

Well, I tested out the tires today:

They grip well and I find myself going faster through my corners than normal. My problem with them consists of a lack of a feeling of solidity. This may well be due to me not feeling as much of the road as I id with runflats, but the back end just feels a bit sloppier through turns.

Another issue I came accross is I hear some rubbing when cornering hard and hitting bumps. It's not much, but enough to have me take notice.

Also, I am painting my tow hook red as we speak. Hopefully when I paint the back, it will look as good as the front does right now

Different tires may take a bit to get use to, like the bigger sway bar. I'm going to get a tow hook like the one Tech has.
