Well, it seems he changed his tune. Now you can drop the claim with DHL and not be out the money for 60-90 days until the claim is settled. I guess Brad's "accusations" actually helped. I doesn't change my opinion of WO since this should have been settled long ago.

I'm doing my taxes. Only big deal is the land sale, but I saved the money for the capital gains so it won't hurt. I just liked seeing the money in my account, but in a few more days my bank account will be back to normal. I guess I should go have a beer and continue tomorrow night.

Well, it will probably be raining on the morning so you won't have to go to work.

You guys are having way too much fun with this!! 'n keep me posted on the AutoX stuff. Atleast Blake got some results.... and that didn't seem to be happening before. Sometimes it just takes a little prod.....or a 2x4 upside the head to get the proper attention.

Well, I am partially satisfied with the results. WO is having me send the defunked bar back and they already have a black one in the mail. This means Steve gets my (his) titanium bar and i get stuck with the black which looks like **** on the DS body. At least the biggest problem is not of concern to me anymore (DHL refunding me the $).

Its a real shame it had to get done this way. It could have been so easy.

If this gets out, loosing MidCal buisness, is going to be the least of his worry's.
I'm like Glenn, I belong to most of the clubs in Ca.

Alot of their stuff is drop shipped from the manufacturer... The box I had for your STB was from M7, not WO.

I know, they seem to drop ship everything. If they had stuff in stock, they wouldn't have this problem.
I was in this type of buisness for 28 years, you can't sell what you don't have.

And when you have a problem you tell at least "10" other people....'n before long you are no longer in business. Bad news seems to spread like wildfire, but good news just trickle's down hill. The MINI family seems to hold their vendors to a higher standard....but screw up and "see ya later bye" 'cuz there are more 'n more coming down the road.

Ya. Their shipping department isn't hot **** though. They are the ones who caused the week long delay on my pully. And they broke the first one.

I told you I was willing to wait. I am not in a hurry. I've had parts for six months before I installed them. My living room is now partless; now for the bedroom.
