I remember that car because my Dad was looking at them in 1963 right next to the Edison Museum in West Orange NJ. They were impressive back then to. Hmmm rare car eh.

Ugh I'm stumped! There's no hay in NYC. Lol Then I thought about an animal that likes hay. Why a horse of course!!! But now that I'm looking for one, I can't seem to find a police horse :-(

 

I feared that might be a bit too specific. If it makes it any easier, I'll change the description to "odd statue that is quite out of place/random". Gotta be something like that in Gotham :-p
