Very nice! How are you doing your photos? They look HRD-ish; I particularly like the shadings/reflections in your Countryman's paint.
They are all 3 bracketed HDR photos. -2, 0, +2. just having fun with it and MINI stuff comes out so neat with the extra detail. Not spending any time really perfecting the photos, Out of the camera to the HDR software to here.
There is one in cambridge on the Cambridge Common's that I've been trying to get to.. It's difficult to get close, cause you have to drive up into the greens. It's POSSIBLE... but ... you either have to get a city permit or avoid the cops. Neither of which I feel like dealing with.. but I consider it well worth it if you can muster it.

hopefully this LINK works . You don't need to be right next to it, you just need to get the cannon in the picture.
Now of course if you read the definition
A cannon is any piece of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artillery that uses http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gunpowder or other usually explosive-based propellants to launch a projectile. Cannon vary in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caliber, range, mobility, rate of fire, angle of fire, and firepower; different forms of cannon combine and balance these attributes in varying degrees, depending on their intended use on the battlefield.
Ugh this is killing me. I'm still without my MINI!!! I wanna play TAG :-(
boooooo!
but i believe there's a loophole in our "rules" that say YOU can be in the picture instead of your mini .. however it's WAY more fun to play tag with the mini
I'm also without my mini, blown clutch has it up on jackstands for a few weeks while I rip it down order parts and put it back together (also doing NM Torque Arm insert and the craven speed short shift kit while i'm under there)
Woo hoo! I'm glad to see someone's still in the game. I've been forgetting to have the camera and/or forgetting to spot the diners. As for your mystery car, I think it's a 1961 Chrysler Newport.

Wow you're good!
I just googled it. That car is huge....I had no idea that the rear end looked like that. Had I known, I would have gotten out of my car and taken more pics just because.
