I actually agree. I was going to use the NAM app to upload the images directly, but it wouldn't work (has been kinda iffy lately), so Flickr was my workaround. I have gone back to the post and edited it so the images are inline, no click needed!
...but we shouldn't have to click to see the pictures

I believe it came from the ADV motorcycle forum in a game similar to this, someone was chasing a tag posted up theirs and found out a person named Bruce had posted before them. They declared I have been BRUCED. The term stuck and it is widely understand in the motorcycle community now
There is another term called farkling, That is when you add gadgets and extend the functionality of your motorcycle. Things could include GPS, radio, outlets for plugging in heated gear, etc etc. Farkling does NOT include additional chrome items.
A similar thing in the MINI world would be when an owner adds external fog or running lights.

I do have carbon fiber front and rear fenders, but on a portly 500lb sport tourer they count as bling, not function.
By comparison my MINI is conservative. Has the MINI garmin GPS kit, hardwired V1, that's about it! So far…

I was just making a joke about "extra points" since there are no points in tag [however, that could be an interesting idea] by referencing the motto from the TV show "Whose Line Is It Anyway" "the show where everything's made up and the points don't matter"

but I'll be back on the chase this afternoon ...
