I'm selling a set of R84 rims with Dunlop Winter Sport tires which I used last winter on my Cooper S. The rims/tires were only used for about 1,500 miles and were bought new. The rims are in great shape, I think one rim may have a tiny scuff (I'll check later), but hardly noticeable. The tires are almost new and not abused, and they were excellent in bad weather.

I would like to sell them as pick-up only for anyone who lives in or near the north Jersey area - $650.00.

I also have a 17" runflat tire that was plugged (good spare) and some other small items which I'll post later on.

No, I actually don't have the Cooper S anymore...traded it in for something bigger and much faster. Although, I have to say it was bitter sweet to let it go for another car - if I could, I would love to keep it also!!

But, I still get to deal with MINI's a lot where I work - so I at least to still get drive them!

They are Dunlop Winter Sport M2. These are actually the tires recommended by MINI, and this set up can even be purchased at MINI dealers for about $1500.00 (maybe more). I'm selling it for less than half that price!

 

I think I am sold.... Wish I could see the ding. And just to confirm they are run flat. PM me with any info, I am in Westchester so a pick up would be no prob.

Are you in Bergen Co? Its just that I saw a blue Cooper S at the Chrysler dealership. Thought maybe it was you!

 

Actually, I traded my car into a Subaru dealership in Avenel a few months ago, but coincidentally enough I actually live in Bergen Co. and I saw the Cooper S you're talking about - it's on rt. 46 east in Little Ferry/Teterboro!

 

Did you get an STi? I was actually thinking about the STi but thought I'd be losing a lot of money so Im just gonna wait a few yrs for the new model.

 

Yup, I got the STI - couldn't resist! It's an insane ride after driving a MINI for a while! I definitely had no regrets with the MINI, but with the STI I'm not just getting a lot more power, I'm also getting two more doors, a trunk, and most importantly all wheel drive.
