I would like to buy a 125cc shifter kart for practice and I may eventually race it. The problem is the expense. A good used kart, or a unbelievably low priced new kart costs $3,500-7,000. For those of you who know little about these here are some specs.

top speed of over 120mph
Less than an inch off the ground!
I can't think of where else this performance can be had for under $1 million
