Anyone (dealers etc.)
That are interested in trading in a 01 Z06 Vette (and paying decent for it)on a MCS.
Vette have all available options and is in perfect condition 14900 miles right now
I need to lease the MCS (business opportunity that I'm working on).
I'm pretty open on colors on the MCS but it has to have the 17" wheels/sportpackage and leather interior is preferred.

We would have to see the car in person first. We're in Milwaukee.

Excuse MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! just because you own a "vette" doesn't mean you can pressure your inflated ego upon mini people! Say three Hail Marys and two our fathers and maybe you will be forgiven for being a vette owner. Then maybe, only maybe, you will be allowed to own a MINI!

I think I'm allowed to have one, my parents had an old original Cooper SS when I was born back in the 60's! and I'm going the right way aren't I! if I had jumped on here and asked someone that I wanted to sell my MCS and buy a Vette then you could have knocked me over! LOL
Just kidding hope you did too!

If you're trading in your Vette (good choice, never liked the things, as good of cars as they are), get 2 Minis... and send me one! Heheh.

Sell the Vette on your own. The Z06 models are very sought after in the market right now. Have you tried getting an appraissal at an used car superstore such as Carmax?

Why trading that Z06 Vette? That's a heck of a nice car! Are you sure you won't miss the extra punch of that V8?

The MCS is a terrific car (Hey I own a MINI and a Chevy Impala) but the Corvette is about power and handling.

Good luck.

....and hereI thought the MINI was about handling and the Vette about power...never heard of a Vette being considered a "handler"....hmmm.....

The new Vettes are very good handlers (I have driven all kinds of cars) specifically the Z06 (it is up there with Porsche turbos and Ferrari 360 okay let the flamming on)
the reason I want/need to get rid of the Vette is that I need to lease a car and the Vette is to expansive for my business! The MCS is the absolute most fun for the money. Here is my list!
1.$25K Mini Cooper S
2.$35K Nissan 350Z
3.$50K Corvette Z06
4.$130-150K Ferrari 360 Modena
5.$220K Ferrari 550
6.$300K Lamborghini Murcielago

The Vette is a pretty serious handler and beats flat out some BMW's, Porsches and other sport/luxo cars that cost double as much. The Z06 is, without a doubt, the best American sports car in the market right now. Some people might not like them because of their looks or may be their General Motors manufacturing, but these cars can shred to pieces a lot of "German" gems in the track for half the admission price.

A new Corvette Z06 is retailing for almost $60K in the market right now. Low availbility and high desirability are making these cars very sought after in the market.

To me the MINI is what the Corvette is in the Sport/exotic/luxo market segment: A very stylish, extreme well behaved, well built, sporty/luxury small car for half the price of a Corvette (Of course without the 400HP V8 engine)...you get the idea.

Never underestimate the handling, braking and acceleration power of a Corvette...never.

Give me $25,000 and I'll take you for a ride you'll never forget. MGA twin cam, TR3, and this list could go on and on and on. And don't forget the original Mini Cooper S.....that car is as much fun as you can have with clothes on....
