Cockpit chrono package mini jcw f56 problem

Hello, I own a mini cooper JCW F56 year 2015. Some time ago I bought a set of instrument Cockpit Chrono Package originals, which I couldn't make them work. Although the car has the connection port, the port apparently has no signal and the clocks do not work, they do not even turn on their lights. I would appreciate your help to know what needs to be done to configure the clocks.

Thanks

Hello, the problem is that I took the car to the brand dealer and did not know how to do it. If someone can help me on how to code it or where to find that code in the code activation menu, it would be ideal, since this way I go with clear information to the dealer so they can code it ...

The option to activate is S547A

Are you in Italy?

Sorry, I was in contact on another forum with a person from Italy, with the same issue.

Dealers do not really know how to code individual items, except for things like JCW tune etc.

What you need to find is a person that does BMW/MINI coding with E-Sys.
They need to code in the S547A Cockpit chrono package option, additional instruments.

Do a search for BMW coding, and E-Sys. After all MINI is a BMW!!

Hi, I still can't solve the problem. I bought the clocks and with the same base I centered it on the board, took measurements and pierced it with a cardboard knife. It is relatively easy ... What was more difficult was finding the cable branch, which is hidden and tied to the metal structure that supports the steering wheel. The rest is to come and connect ... the issue is that I have them as decoration, because I can't get them to work ...

have you been to someone who code bmw and mini? .. maybe not ASO service .. maybe someone privately deals with it and can.

... And is this place for the hole always the same or can it be changed a little bit? .. I don't know exactly where to cut the hole ... How to measure it?
