You are in the Gen 1 JCW's

But I can help you. The 2011 R56 JCW still uses the N14 JCW engine. You can use either ones listed. The JCW cars get them changes every 30,000 miles, so ore often then the Cooper or Cooper S.

They are boosted / modified and without testing all the options who knows if it really makes a difference or maybe causes a problem down the road, that's why we stick with stock unless a manufacturer states a cross ref or upgrade.
