Can you get a sound clip of the shorty + JCW without the crimp?
I'm about to do the same set up on my GP and would love a little preview of the sound

ThumperMCS- I'll see what I can upload a video W/sound using the wife's camera whithin the week. I can tell you this- The hump removal didn't change the sound at all but then I installed the header & it's a lot louder than I anticipated. It's not too loud 'till you get on it but there's definitely no sneaking around anymore.
Davisflyer- It is a lot fast but deceptively smooth in delivery.

The Mynes is MUCH louder than the RMW street. I heard one up on the Dragon that was mated to the JCW exhaust.

So, I'd say his 3hp difference is pretty spot on....

Thanks for the info. I know a lot of guys will run the Mynes with the straight pipe and eliminate the cat which makes them really loud. Do you happen to know if the one you heard had the stock cat in place?
Thanks, Steve

Don't forget different dynos...
I think Davisflyer's #s were recored on a traditional dyno with the wheels on.
My #s were recored on a Dynapack chassis dyno with units directly bolted to each hub.
Neither dyno is better than the other but I'm sure they would record different #s for the same car.
