My Silk Green/Black Cooper should be here by the end of December. I've already got a list of planned exterior mods: clear tail lamps, chrome/clear side marker. billet fuel door, S2000 stubby antenna. But the decision I'm stuck on is about the stripes and driving lamps. Although I have a black top, I don't think the black stripes would look too good. I've checked out the Rogue shadow stripes and think the silver/translucent color would be nice against the SG, but the style of their "viper" stripes might look kind of silly with my 15" holees. The Rogue stripes also wouldn't line up well with driving lamps, if I decide to get those too. How would shadow stripes look if they were the same size/placement as the factory stripes? What do you think?

You might try calling Rogue and asking them if they would do custom Shadow Stripes for you in the factory type pattern.

Good luck. It sounds like you will have a very nice MINI.

HARMINI (cool name)

I've got a couple new designs getting ready to launch that you might be interested in. I have not planned anything for the SG, but I always need test cars.

Shoot me an e-mail and I can show you what I have done so far and then, if you want, we can work on a color combination.

Not sure what to tell you about your specific questions, but....

I think that some kind of Shadow Stripes would look REALLY good on the SG!

I love the silk green, black roof, with the factory black bonnet stripes !
Add the R90 wheels and a hot exhaust and it's socks on a camel !

Hey everyone, thanks for the feedback. Good idea about asking Rogue to make the shadow stripes like the factory ones. Here's the link to Rogue Engineering:

BadSmini, I'll be in touch. I would love to see what you have dreamed up so far.

Thanks again.

Ha! Get this!! A whole roll of Avery True Shadow film vinyl (10 yards X 15&quot only costs 46.25. I'm sure I could find a local sign shop that could cut it into three 5" strips. That's 30 yards of shadow striping. How can these aftermarket guys charge $100 bucks for just a few feet of the stuff?
