Bumper Fitment Issue

So I removed my front JCW aero bumper(have done this multiple times) and installed the M7 aero front splitter. Note to those wanting to do this, you pretty much have to remove the lip off the bumper body as there's no way to mount it otherwise(unless you get rather long bolts). So after removing the lip area of the front bumper, I drilled and mounted the splitter. No issues whatsoever. Reinstalled the pieces to the bumper body(this was a total PITA by the way), and put it on the car. This is when I had an issue. The 4 Torx bolts(2 front and 1 on each side under the fender flare) lined up ok. There was some pulling and tugging required to get the sides to line up with the bolt but nothing too bad. With all 4 bolts on, I noticed that the side fender flare won't line up with the lower lip of the front bumper(see pic). There's like an inch gap. I tried pulling the front bumper up to line it but it just won't line up, there's too much of a gap. Any ideas? I'm thinking of using a jack to slowly jack the front bumper up till it lines up but the tabs and 1 bolt(the push in kind) that holds the 2 parts together aren't the strongest and I'm unsure if it'll hold even if I do force the two together. I'm pretty darn sure I reinstalled the parts of the front bumper back together correctly. All tabs lined up, popped through and the lines are in the original spot.

Solved! For those running into the same problem, just fit one side first, then middle 2. The final side will be a total wench. I had to pull up on the bumper like an ape while someone else lined up the tabs. Good news is the tabs and push through bolt will hold. I pray I don't have to remove it ever again.

Can you explain this in more detail? Not following exactly what you did. I bought fresh front lips for the JCW Aero front and I have a feeling I'm going to run into this problem. Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply, didn't notice your reply. Basically there's 4 torx screws to attach the bumper: 1 on each side(underneath the fender flares) and 2 in the middle. I couldn't get it to fit right initially because I installed the middle 2 torx screws first. I solved this by installing one of the side Torx screws and fitting it well, then followed by the middle 2 before tackling the other side(which will be a beast to get on). You should not have reinstalling if all you're planning to do is install the JCW lip. I remembered that installing the JCW aero front bumper was already tight but installing a larger intercooler AND weighing the front bumper with M7's splitter pushed the fitment to the edge of fitting. Still possible though!
