Just as the title states. i am looking for a R53 Front Bumper doesnt matter what color. located in Norcal peninsula area.

Have you checked CL? I think theres a couple places that sell used bumpers off tons of MINIs they get that are junked or crashed.

 

Having just been through looking for a used front bumper, there are very few out there (using data base from junk yards) and they are expensive. I just ended up ordering a new one which should be here today. I looked at one in Pheonix that was listed in A0 condition (best possible) when I got the picture, and it had broken mounting tabs. That's when I gave up.

 

Which bumper did you buy brand new? The stock one of aero? If it's the aero where did you purchase it from?

 

I bought the OEM from Pelican parts. It arrived today. I might have gone for the aero but I wasn't sure how it would look without the other parts of the kit. Outmotoring.com has the aero bumper ($438) and the rest of the kit. I think the shipping on the bumper to my place was around $100. Don't forget that the aero kit requires a different grill than stock on the bumper. All that added up to a price I didn't feel like paying. I need too many other parts.
