Which bonnet scoop?

I know there are dozens of threads on bonnet scoops but I've been trying to search for some actual data, and come up with nothing. I know some of you air flow nuts out there like Dr. Phil, Partsman, etc may have already done testing on this, but if there is I haven't found it. (speak up if you have!) Maybe I'm not searching properly but I haven't found a thread that compares the flow of the 3 main scoops that I am considering:

1. M7 ram scoop
2. M7 extreme scoop
3. Palo Uber scoop (non CF)

I do not have a DFIC or larger TMIC, just the stocker. I think my next move is to do a bonnet scoop with the Alta diverter- but the question is...which scoop. I would like to purchase the most functional scoop, looks come second. I think all 3 look pretty good.

Here are my initial observations without any hard data...actually this is just what I think, and really has no value at all (thats why I need help here!). The M7 ram scoop looks like it has the largest opening, but it looks like the air would not get 'drawn' in quite like it would without the fin-like attachment of the M7 extreme scoop. The Palo Uber scoop looks like it is more square with the incoming flow of air and looks as though that might be the most functional. These are just my thoughts. Nothing more.

Hard data would be great, but can anyone post their thoughts on the 3 designs? Any help is appreciated here.

Thanks! I knew you'd come through HighLife- you always seem to help out the search impaired! ME

The funny thing is that I read that first thread that you linked me to over a year ago. And I couldn't get find it.

I think the more tech savvy folk may have avoided the Palo Uber scoop/products in general...

DrPhil commented a little on it a recent discussion:
