We already have problems that customers are finding that page too difficult to understand. I'm afraid if I add more pull-down menus or options it'll just be overwhelming.

Fair enough.

Any pics of the difference in the two LED dome lamps? I'll order once I can decide if I want the fancy panel or not :P

Also, I assume the blue LEDs match the blue mood lights of the MINI?

Sorry, I don't. The "bulb" one is just a bulb. It looks like a little bulb, about the size of a peanut. The panel is pictured on the web site.

Um...no. I make no claims as to the match with the mood lighting, nor did we make any attempt to match it. Did you look at the photos? The interior lights are an order of magnitude brighter than the mood lighting.

I was thinking more along the lines of a similar hue. Similar "color" blue, I guess? I realize the LEDs in the kit are brighter.

Just got mine in the mail yesterday. Blue ones that is. And i will be putting them in this weekend. I can let you know how the "hue " difference is. I like the blue mood lighting. the other colors don't do it for me. I am hoping to get the tach and speedo change someday to blue as well.

I mistakenly used 2 of my LEDs for the license plate lights instead of the puddle lights on the rear barn doors and now I am getting a check engine light. The weird thing is that it goes away as soon as the lights turn on. Should I remove them ?

It's not going to hurt anything, but what's happening is the car is checking the bulbs when it starts up. (If you were standing outside the car, you'd probably see the plate bulbs blink briefly.) The lower resistance of the LEDs looks like a blown bulb to the body module's computer brain, so it gives you a warning.

Just put in an order for my 09 Clubman! The contrast between the blue and the orange is killer. So when l get pulled over and the officer looks in the car and sees all the lights plus the "Valentine" and "Ipod" and the "Inno colour XM radio" he'll thick he landed a aircraft and let me off with a warning And maybe l'll let him sit in it for free

One thing that I have noticed first time around is that some of the Blue leds have a greenish tinge to them - the longest part of the install was swapping them around so that the footwell ones would match Unortunately I seem to have more greenies than blueys. I will look more closely tonight then maybe consider swapping the puddle lights with the footwell lights (hopefully they are blueys)

note - when I say greenies, the lights are still blue, just closer to green than the blue of the panel light (which is a really cool blue)

I have done a bit of a switcharooni of the lights... I think that my corneas have LED spots burnt into them

Has anyone else had a batch like this?

So l got the puddle, overhead, side door( l have a clubman), and two footwells in. Now hears the problem the ones in the back barn doors keep blowing the 10A fuse Tried 3 times and ran out of 10A fuses. Any ideas? Oh yea, and the two map lights aren't working either.

Sounds like you may have a short. Try one bulb at a time, and make sure you don't have a wire crossed on any of the clips or leads touching anything else.

Again, replace one bulb at a time. Reverse the bulb if you haven't tried that yet. You can try the bulb in a different socket (like the puddle lamp socket) if you're not sure if it's the bulb or not.

UPS to the UK is $70. We can ship them US Postal Service for less; PM me for details.

I'm not familiar with the lighting on the UK R56. Do your cars have puddle lights in the doors and footwell lights?

Is that a question? The interior LEDs should not trigger any warning lights.

Installed the Red LEDs sometime ago. No warning lights. No problems. No resistors used.
