yup, my MCS is named "MINIme" since my last name is COOPER. for real it is. so on the back of my MINI it says COOPERS as in cooper's cooper. very corny sorry.

 

My 2004 MCS is named "SNEAKY".

 

My Mini has a name - Di Minimus Maximus. My wife is an accountant and told me it is an acocunting term meaning "to get the greatest from the least." It seems to fit. It also kind of sums up my car ownership - and here is how I got the idea: I have a Nissan Maxima and a Mini Cooper S.

 

My MINI's name is Bruce Leeroy...

 

Maximus is the hero of 'Gladiator'. I like the movie.

 

Sounds a little like a small extra in the movie Spartacus, or the facility in ancient Rome where they raced really small chariots..... still it's latin sounding thus lending academic credence to your little beast. So ALL HAIL DI MINIMUS MAXIMUS

 

My Mini's name is "Winnie Cooper" =P

 

A friend of mine actually gave me the idea. MINI Vixen, Vixen for short.

 

No real 'name' like Jimmy, or anything like that? We just call it "The Mini" - the license plate is "CURV ETR" though?

 

I can't believe I never responded to this. My MINI is Dobby. And has been from the get-go. As a mischief house elf, he was caught playing with the robots in the paint shop while going through. He got IB paint EVERYWHERE from what I understand.

My '02 MCS never had a name.

Although I have yet to work on a decent signature my official name for my mini is Yensid.

Yensid is Disney spelled backwards and also the name of the wizard in the Mickey portion of Fantasia. Combined with the shared Disney obsession between my wife and I, it was a natural fit. (Did I mention we went directly to Disneyland after taking delivery?) lol

If I've been hearing her aright, mine has the name Talisa -- Lisa for short. But being female, she does have the perogative to change her mind at a moment's notice. She may like to change her personality, the way an actress does, multiple times. I'll have to stay alert, and pay attention to her.

He was my Dad's, and, under my dad's care, he had a penchant for running into curbs, had to have his entire left side axle, wheel... replaced $$$.
First day under my care, ran into a curb (slowly in a parking lot), never again - but he's got his name.

I'm interested how many have female MINIs, Curby is definitely a male.
