Wickedgolf, I like the black headlight surrounds, where did you pick those up?

I'm glad that I like your car, I was a bit nervious about AB with black wheels since AB isn't really BLACK (I have black team dynamic wheels here waiting for my AB/AB.)

Check AMG6975's other thread - a tribute to AMG6975's old Solar Red mini, and a really nice addition to the AB.

 

amg6975 - looks great! the solar red mirror caps look really sharp against the astro black!

 

here's mine... just picked it up a few weeks ago. i had opted for the all black, but settled with astro black. then decided to add the classic white top and bonnets.

 

 

I went in to the Cincinnati dealership ready to buy a Hyper Blue MCS that I had on hold but, as I was pulling into the parking lot, I saw an Astro Black MCS. So I asked about it. They had just gotten it in; it hadn't even been in service since getting off the truck. I didn't think twice about switching from the Hyper Blue to the Astro Black. Welcome to the club. The same thing happened to me. Showed up at the dealer and saw one in the sunlight. Changed my mind on the spot.

 

Ordered the Astro Black right from the start. When we picked "RDNZL" up I saw the blue it the color and LOVED it!! I'll post some pics soon.

THe head lights are done by Langston... he wrapped them for me with his vynle stuff.. looks great!

the wheels are not black, they are actually a dark bronze color... almost a gunmettel/bronze

 

here's some updated photos i took his weekend.

I took the Konigs off and have my stocks back on for the winter. But i painted them becuase im not a fan of the silver on my mini. i like the dark side of life . and i just got my new tails and my new euro plate too.. yay!

Wow, those black wheels look sooo good on the AB MINIs. Nice!

 

LOVING the dark red beltline... consider maybe matching dark red GP mirrors? IMHO the a-pillar decals detract a bit though.

I'm officially joining the AB club! Went into the dealership to buy a CR or BRG Cooper and fell in love with the AB Checkmate sitting in the middle of the showroom. The color is so unique!
