Yesterday I modified the lower steering column trim, having a good go at the plastics for fitment over a mobility hand control unit installed weeks ago.
we also had a pair of Wet Okole front seat covers installed in the morning, the wife liked it

Reason: adding more info
Installed a full StopTech cross-drilled and slotted rotors, pads, and stainless steel braided lines. Replaced the rear calipers with new OEM TRW calipers since the old ones sticks and then seized.
Then flushed out the old factory fluid with Motul RBF600. Bedded the brakes and brakes feel so much better, not so much before bedding.

Installed Yakima roof rack and fairing. I'll be installing the roof basket this weekend for a test ride.
Also installed a new gas cap in an attempt to get rid of an inconsistent idle, the SES and EML light, and a few codes. The weird idle and EML is gone, but the SES and codes are still there. Hopefully, they'll go with the test ride this weekend.

Great job JV, about to do the same here on my 04 with 160,000 miles. Where did you find the StopTech kit. How do you like it so far and what made you decided to go with this kit? Thanks
Sadly, I put the winter tires on. I thought it would be warm enough in the coming weeks to get by with my 18" R95s with all seasons, but they're really just glorified summers.
Looking forward to the new cush ride now that it's on 225/45/17 tires. For those who are curious, you need spacers to fit R90s over Brembos.. they supposedly fit over JCW BBK though. Tires don't rub at all, that was a gamble.. just picked them up on CL from an R56.
I made a phone mount. i didn't feel spending $50 plus was acceptable lol. $8 for some sheet metal at my local home improvement store and an hour of my time. I already had the ram mount.
I want the best looking, softest riding, most fuel efficient setup that consistently allows me to achieve 1G+ cornering loads and lasts 100,000 miles, duh!
But seriously I am just trying to figure out what wheels I want to replace the S-Lites with and am trying to balance diameter, offset, weight, and cost. Having ADD doesn't help.
Finished the completed assembly of my front splitter and added a new SneedSpeed wing. Just came back from the Dyno, and with the new bits I added over the winter she topped 252whp and 270ftq.
All set for my first test and tune next week at High plains raceway! Can't wait!
