Thought this could be an idea for an ongoing thread and I have something to put in.
Finally installed my super charger pulley with my boyfriend! He got it for me a year ago for Valentine's day but it's been sitting in the box ever since. He took the initiative this Valentine's day to get the belt, removal tool, and spark plugs.
Installation went fairly smoothe, still haven't fired her up because my battery is dead from leaving my headlights on a couple days ago (whoops). We're gunna go jump her in a few and go for a night cruise.
So... what'd you do to your mini today?

Yesterday, not today. Picked him up from the dealer, where the oil pump leak was addressed. By replacing the wiring harness that plugs into the solenoid, and the thermostat housing.
I posted a more detailed thread in the R56 section.

Glad yours was sorted out!
Lulu is in the garage today windy rain then thunderstorms. Don't want her to catch a chill, shrink or to get scared. Really no plans to go any place today. Big trip next weekend. Saturday Wine tasting in the foothills east of Sacramento then Sunday up over Donner Summit to Reno and dinner with a former coworker. We shall see how this little lady does climbing from 25ft to 7500ft in less than 100 miles. Bet we don't leave in "D" it will be in shift for your self mode and sport button pushed, weather permitting

Thanks guys! I've been using it around town trying to burn off fuel, it's been difficult
It's fun to drive for a stock car, I'm looking forward to lowering it and putting some decent wheels and call it a day

One of the things I hated most about my MINI or pretty much any European car is the friction-based shift *****.
I ended up buying an adapter and then making another adapter for it so it'll accept any thread size shift ****

Today I Seafoamed my Cooper from the intake as well as through the tank. I changed the oil and installed a new set of Iridium spark plugs. Took it for a ride and at 114000 miles, it feels like brand new! My next project is the replace the belt. That looks like fun...
And I would hope not
I bought the original watercolor with rights to use it on my MINI.
Glad you guy's like it. I'm very happy with how it came out.
