Getting my little baby fixed. Had some rattle in the rear driver side, Detroit Tuned to the rescue. Hopefully I can now worry about finishing my mods!

Had the valves walnut blasted which resulted in an immediate performance and mileage improvement. Next I going to change out my DOS CAI air filter, change the spark plugs and oil. Should be good for awhile.

What was the cause of the rattle? I have one in a similar location - although I can't always tell if it's coming the driver's side rear seat side panel or headliner. I need to have someone else drive my car while I ride in the back to narrow it down.

Did Akrapovic DP and Forge FMIC last weekend.

This weekend I will probably tackle my KWv2/Vorshlags, Alta RSB and HSport control arms.

Then I still have rotors and pads and NM Torque arm bushing to do before heading off to MOTD.

So, I removed the bonnet stripes I installed when I purchased my 2011 MCS, and tried something a little different. What do you think?

Installed my Hsport Comp sway bar this evening and took the MINI around the neighborhood for a test drive, and now she really TURNS!! Didn't even have to go very fast to feel the change. Simply awesome!!

That looks great! Subtle, but I think they work better with the mirrors/roof. Nice work. Are they just white pinstripes or is there CR red vinyl in between?

I have a supercharger PTO oil filler solution sitting here waiting to install. Less than $40 in parts from a nearby speed shop gets me a nice setup equivalent to the pricey ReCharge thingie, and the reservoir at the top is a nifty anodized blue!

Just gotta install it....
