What did you do to your mini today?
My Mini didn't come with the factory armrest and searching the forums here for aftermarket armrest's...they weren't great.
So i made my own. It might not have the fit and finish as OEM but it's leather and very comfy! Here are pictures and video...hope this helps someone and encourage them to make their own

Wow, two days and nobody has posted to this thread. That's gotta be a record.
I guess the weather is getting nicer so people are out motoring.
Today I received and installed the CravenSpeed FlexPod bracket and universal mount. Installation was ridiculously easy. The quality of the materials was high, and I like how the mount can swivel up and down to fine tune the location.
I'm waiting for my OBDII Bluetooth scan tool so I can use the Torque android app and start geeking out finally. I've had my RMW tune for about a year now and to this day I don't know how much boost I'm getting.

That looks great, very nicely done
I finally got in my new Griot's polisher today and ordered up a stubby antenna finally. Now if it would just stop raining for a day.

Bro that looks great, you didn't have any concerns about the stripes going over the sunroofs like that? I was going to do that but then decided against. It looks great though and I like how you got the spoiler too!
Are you gonna black out your headlight and tail light rings?
Gave Nudnik a quick bath at the car wash stall near my old place. Then went to Loper's and picked up a 2' braided flex brake line, and the adapters for 3/8" PT and 1/8" PT so I can maybe finally get my oil pressure sender hooked up....

I spent hours removing the broken power steering pump to prepare for the new pump to go in. It better get here fast because I'm going through withdraws from not having driven the mini in half a week.
Fell asleep after dropping my car off at discount for some new tires. Woke up at seven now I can't get me car back till Monday morning.
Why is discount tire always closed on Sunday's. This sucks

Well, had to tear out the back seat and side trim....
So, loaded up Fred into the MCS this morning for a 70 mile drive to Lincoln, CA, where he was born so he could have a family reunion with the other 13 puppies in his litter...He got so excited when I turned the key he puked.
Fred is a Great Dane...10 months old yesterday, 130 lbs, and as you can well imagine, it was an "event" Even with all the precautions, and a custom fitted "Fred Bed", the used food got into one of the nifty side pockets in the back.
After pulling and cleaning off the the rear seat backs, and the cushion, you then pry loose the side trim only to discover that those nifty little side pockets are held in place by no less than seven ( 7) philllips head screws. cleverly placed by Satan himself in such a way as to make them very annoying to remove.Don't wreck the speaker!
It was a joyful thing to see all those Great Dane puppies run around and play, they were just so happy to be with each other, and with their Mom again, but I could have done without the second coming of the Breakfast...
Anyhow...got it all done, cleaned up and re-installed, had a gin & tonic and a lovely Montecristo Edmundo on the front lawn with Fred and now I'm going to bed.
What a day!

I just broke 1000 miles on my new (4 week old) MINI Cooper!
Also got her very dirty in the process, as it was raining heavily today... And I just washed yesterday.
Also installed my license plates and frames on Thursday. I put the Platypus on the front tow hook receptacle so the dealer didn't have to put holes into my bumper.

Windows down, sunroof open, Sat Radio on Bluesville and LOUD, took Red on a long drive through the country on this beautiful Carolina day being VERY careful to avoid the NASCAR goobers that are in town this week.
Tooking a Dremel tool to my Driver's side door seal ridge thingie, (the thing prone to rusting in 1st gens) to remove rust. Currently priming those spots, now that the rust is gone.

. Motor on!
