Hello everyone - I just took possession of my pretty little 2009 horizon blue MCS (white roof and bonnet stripes) last night at 7:30pm. So excited! I hope to show pictures of my mini "Lil Sparrow" by this w/end.

Cooperjet - so sorry to hear about the accident. =( Luckily no one was hurt but I can imagine how heart breaking it is to see your brand new car damaged like that.

Who made the fantastic cartoon MINIs in your sig? They're adorable!

 

I love my new baby and absolutely love it with the white roof. My HB was one of the first to come through our dealership with the white roof as most come in with the black or silver.

My Clive just finished production and is hopefully sailing to me this week...I'd love to have #40 if it hasn't been assigned already, as Clive is my 40th birthday present to me and was born Week 40!

Hmm... I posted in another area. I'm new to Mini, but I'm a long time admirer. Went out with the intent to just test drive (get it out of my system as my wife put it) and we came home with this lil' guy.

How'd you manage to get those Black Star Bullets that are supposedly exclusive to the MCSc on your MCS?

 

Hi. I wandered into this thread because I hadn't seen pics of Horizon Blue yet (I know, I've been a little behind the times!). Lo and behold I see this post from another Brecht MINI buyer. I'll assume you are from the San Diego area. If so, you should check out Yahoo groups for West Coast MINI.

BTW, I love my Sparkling Silver (and my Chili Red) but Horizon Blue is VERY nice and I'd definitely consider it for my next MINI.

 

My car was ordered by Seattle MINI (which literaly just opened a week ago). It came with black Crowns, which I didn't really like. To make the deal, they swapped to the Black Star Bullets from a green Convertible that was on their lot.

Actually I'm from the Imperial Valley, El Centro. Yeah, waaaayyy down here. Brecht MINI was wonderful! I liked all the colors, it's was hard to decide.

We finally got our Clubman back yesterday!
Five weeks in a body shop is way too long!

 

I got Clive and #42 I love the hot coco top and leather with the Hzb. You might want to spring for more options next time you may have missed one or two Nice ride.

 

Got mine a while back and have about 4k wonderful miles on it so far.
