Best OBD?
ScanGauge II is a nice piece of kit.

Here's one on a Kuda mount, placed above an Icom ham radio control head. This is before I moved the GPS to another Kuda. (Having the GPS cover that part of the speedo works well -- if I'm going so fast that the speedo needle is in that range, I shouldn't be looking at the GPS!).

Does that show you boost pressure and coolant temp?
Yes and any four of more than a dozen gauges, scroll through with any of the four display buttons.

Click HERE for a larger photo, where you can read the four gauges selected.
HERE for ScanGauge features, also has Gallons Per Hour and some others not listed there.

Not sure if it's showing there, but the ScanGaugeII certainly CAN show boost and coolant temp.
Mine has boost, coolant temp, intake air temp, and MAP. Note that 'boost' is actually a calculation which is not always accurate, as it will change with altitude - but it's close enough.
To the OP - it really depends what you're looking for.
The ScanGaugeII is good for gauges, and will also read engine codes, but with little detail.
I've got an Innova 3100a for reading engine codes - it will display (and define) the codes, as well as provide specific details (engine speed, load, temp, etc.) which existed when the code was thrown.
Not sure if either one is available in Turkey.

Yup, in the pic, top left is input air temp (after the intercooler), bottom left is water temp, top right is manifold pressure (MAP, not boost), and bottom right is MPG, which is at zero since the pic was taken with the car parked!

Depends on what you are looking to read.
1. If you just want to read service engine error codes you can buy any cheap OBD2 code reader. Usually about $40.
2. If you want to read error codes plus reset the service engine interval counter (such as after doing your own oil change) than you can get the Peake service light reset and code reader tool for the Mini, about $120.

3. If you want to display engine operation parameters, than the scanguage (as suggested above) is good at about $155.
