I should get it delivered by the end of April. But I will know more as it gets closer and I get a VIN number.

Totally looking forward to getting it. Not only am I excited about this car, but it frees me up to work on some of the bigger projects I couldn't do on my 350z since I had to use it for work/errands.

Plus I will have it for the last year that I am stationed in Europe and get to have fun with it on the Autobahn and the Nurburgring!

I looked at the thread for it, and AP for MINI was discontinued. They aren't sold through the website either anymore. Do you know where I can get my hands on one? I looked for it for a bit online at various spots and couldn't find a solution.

 

Won't work on your car anyways, 13 JCW have N18 engine, AP only works on the N14

Is it bad that the delivery is 2 months away, and I am already ordering the mods for the car?

I've purchased the black headlight and tail light rings, as well as the black LED tail lights and 3rd brake light already. I plan on buying the GP Defuser, the black trim for the grill and also LED front driving lights next month.

I've been considering upgrading my '02 Cooper S to a new JCW for the past week. I need to go into the dealer tomorrow to drive one. I feel like it'll be a done deal as soon as I do :/

Hey Vassogo68, where are you stationed at in Germany? Forgive me if I asked this before, but I don't remember if I did or not. I was stationed there twice once in Schwabach outside of Nuremburg jeez 30 years ago. The second time was in Wackernheim not far from Mainz between 1985-88. Then on top of that a couple tours in Korea and twice to the sand box.

 

I just built this one this morning.... I had my sights on a Roadster but in talking with my wife, it was just not practical at this time... we need the back seats like we have on our beloved '05MCS. Here's my build, JCW version. NO test drive needed; I know what that bad boy is all about.

 

I'm actually stationed in the tri-border region in the Netherlands about 4K from the German border.

 

Picked Tigger up yesterday, and then my buddy and I went to the Nurburgring afterwards. Obviously I didn't race the car, but we did a few laps in his Clio.
