Just Picked up my JCW!

Well I Picked up my JCW last night!

JCW Hardtop
Dark Grey
Grey Carbon Leatherette
Cold Weather
Premuim
Chrome Mirror Caps
Black Stripes

I deal in exotic cars and always wanted to try a MINI, so here we go! Should be a blast, I just need to get over the size! I was shopping for a E46 M3 and could not walk away from this!!!

Looks great, wait til you get it to about 1K miles.

I drove my friends for the first time yesterday, he has 1010 on it now. It was really very hard to keep under 4500 rpm.

In fact I failed, this little engine spins up to 6K without any problem, the torque is wonderful, makes the JCW very drivable in the upper gears.

I think the 09 JCW with stock suspension and JCW aero kit sits a little lower than my 07 MCS. I managed to dislodge the little airfoils under the front going over some bumpy railroad tracks on our little test drive. I was going slow, too.

thank you guys for all the positive comments. I really have not spend much time behind the wheel yet, I was having my guys install some tint and a couple other little things.

I will keep you all informed as I get some wheel time!

I think now, that I need bonnet stripes... silver. Was going to go for sport stripes, but bonnet stripes have grown on me for some reason. I went with a body colored roof, but I'm really liking your whole color combo. Bummer it's illegal to tint beyond the stock level in NY State. :( I'd so like black'ed-out.

With the black interior and its shallow windows even the legal level looks good. I put a little darker on the hatch to keep a little extra light out of the cabin. I own a tint shop so if you guys have any questions please shout. lil'buddy is looking great too!
