Ran out of practical mod ideas

It has been a year of ownership and here are the major mods that I have done which are all practical... I would love to get some new mod ideas and why you think is worth it. It is my daily.
  1. Run-flat to summer tire
  2. Floating wheel cap
  3. Bootmod stage 1 tune
  4. K&N filter
  5. Union Jack taillight retrofit
  6. Digital cluster retrofit
  7. Big Pair chassis brace
  8. CarvenSpeed shift ****
  9. Borla axle back exhaust
  10. LED turn signals
  11. Various cosmetic mods (see pic below)

I'd just enjoy it - looks lovely!

But to answer the question, ye've been nibbling at it. Should you want to have a BITE, then...

The weak design points on the F56 are the stock handling, and the gol' darned e-diff. Consequently....

JCW Pro Coil-Overs, 10 mm lowered, and...
Quaife LSD.

Then you've a giant-killer. And, you are 5-6k poorer.

Jes' sayin'

;-)

Cheers,

Charlie

With a skidpad LATERAL ACCELERATION result of 0.86 g with stock setup, is not bad I think. I do not track my car so an LSD is too much, haha.

I have gruppeM instake which is not so popular but full intake really give you good sound over filter (I had BMC filter previously).
Also I'm not sure if you have a CarPlay or not, it was nice mod to do for sure.
For cosmetic, OEM LED driving lights add some Mini's own look. Newest gloss black center with matte black wing emblems for front and rear look nice.
NM 22mm sway bar for rear paring with big pair will be enough for suspensions.
But if you want the 'look', Eibach lowering spring + spacers to make it more flush (or new wheels) are nice ones. And NM's front strut (all for the look, you can't feel anything different in driving even in hard driving).
I have upgraded to JCW BBK and bites nicely and looks nice too.

@TechTurbo, a practical modification for me was enabling the rear fog lights. I’ve used them many times in horrible weather conditions

With my Brola exhaust and ASD disabled (no fake sound), I am pretty happy with the sound setup.
Android here and android auto does not interest me.
The daytime running light is LED on my 17, with the union jack tail light which is also LED, it fits well. I code my UJ light to always stay on.
Sway bar is too involved for me... same with lowering spring which may mess with my dynamic suspension
Will look into the BBK, thanks.

I wish you don't need to purchase a new switch for it... like my previous BMW just need to remove the tabs and coding.

Yup, I’ve seen the videos on YouTube with BMW owners performing that modification.

I was tempted to disassemble the switch but wanted the rear fog light symbol… OEM little things

Why not black out all the chrome trim?
