I got me a mobility kit.

I put on non-runflat summer tires on my mini and just to feel secure I started shopping for a mobility kit.

I ended up getting a new Hyundai kit from ebay for $25 shipped.

The air compressor and the sealant bottle fit in the styrofoam case of MINI!

The one in the trunk.. There was a empty square space, tow hook, screwdriver, and a place to put wheel lock key.

Great idea! Time to look up Hyundai kits. Anything specific to search for?

Do these Hyundai versions require that you use sealant?

I can not answer for sure but I watched some videos and it looks you don't have to put the goop in because it screws into the tire with the same threads as the goop tube, I went on ebay and got one too ($24 free shipping) before my car comes in because I was already looking for one but now I know which one will which is great. My plan is plugs and the air compressor not a fan of goop in tires but will hold onto it I guess. I was kind of worried about run flats and don't want sidewall damage, I guess be ready for non run flats with this kit if i don't like them once they wear out.

The sealant doesn't have to be hooked up to pump air into tires. I plan to use the pump for autocross too.
