If anyone is interested I am selling the armrest dock connector for the iPhone 6/ 6S
Paid over $300 for it a year ago, and it is still not available in the US. Selling it because I got a NEXUS phone and no longer can use it. Very cool and eliminates the need for USB cables in the cabin.
If I thought this would fit the next iPhone (7?) I would be all over this. I plan to upgrade when the new phone comes out in September (?) and don't want to waste the money if they change the size/format.

Yep same here. Great deal but I always have to get the next Iphone.

It's listed for half of what I paid. So not exactly a waste considering you could sell it if the iPhone 7 comes out in 6 months. Having said that, many people will have the 6s for at least another 1.5 years before upgrading to the 7s, and that's a justifiable amount of time for $150.

Will the phone fit if it has any kind of a case? I just got a 6S and would love to eliminate the cable I have now, but if it means I have to keep taking the case off, I'm not sure if I'd want to deal with that.

I think it depends on the case. There were some people who posted about how their iPhone fit with a case, but I believe it was the apple leather case. I never used a case so I can't speculate. Either way the elimination of cables was my favorite part. Much cleaner look than what I have now where I have to plug in my Nexus manually
-_-
