So like many of you my 2015 F56 is sitting on a lot waiting for the whole EPA hold thing to be resolved. When I discussed my particular case with Sadir Haji from MINI USA, I happened to mention that if my car is indeed released on October 1st, I won't be able to actually take delivery until late in the month as I'll be out of town getting married.

Today I received a package with a crystal skull from my wedding registry. When I checked the card it said it was from MINI USA. Surprising to say the least. They actually took the time to find my wedding registry and send me a wedding gift...I assume as a way of apologizing for the car delay...or maybe they are just nice. Either way I sincerely appreciate it. Very thoughtful.

That being said, I can't wait for my car!

Deep down MiniUSA does care about their customers that is class. Well Done MiniUSA!! Now it is time for us to get our cars in a few weeks and in couple of months this will be all behind us...as life goes on

That's amazing. The one customer service story should be lauded. If they did this for one customer, I wonder how many non forum users have experienced similar positive interactions from MINI elsewhere?

If it's a MCS, it should have a revised motor called B46 right?
2014 MCS has a B48 motor.
