Now that's an interesting idea. Buy it as a gift and send it to your next door neighbor.

Two trips to AutoZone later, I'm tapped into fuse 52, and although the low voltage beep isn't eliminated, it's not happening as much. Thanks all for your help.

You don't need to send to the neighbor, I sent it to myself as gift with no problems .
