air con feed to glovebox

Hi All
To all of you that have your cars. Can you tell me if there is a switchable vent in the glovebox from the air con to use it as a collbox for drinks etc?

Yep, its a smaller opening though. It works like on the 2nd Gen. I found mine was open.

Wow, I definitely stand corrected. I'll have to check again. Must be a very small hole. I didn't see it the first time I looked. So you stick a can of soda the glove compartment and it was actually stay cooled?

Brandon, it certainly is cool then.

My 2010 Mayfair has that switchable vent and it works! Keeps my **** cold.

Does this work with the standard A/C? Didn't see any vents or on/off switches in the glove box.

So does the glove box seem insulated? I'd hate to think the door or body under the dash is going to start condensing and dripping all over the carpet in the heat of the summer.

My 2005 has it. I turned it off. My owners manual doesn't need to be that cold.
