I have a 2011 countryman s , after replaced a bad battery the turn signals don't work and the front windows too, and a red car in a lift appear in red, whats wrong and what is the solution, thanks

 

Are all connections tight including grounds?

 

Codes? If you don't have an obd code reader you should get one.

 

Did you replace it yourself?
We just did the battery on our '11 Countryman. We took it to a local certified MINI place (not a dealership). I'm glad we did, it ended up being a pain plus apparently you have to register the battery and do some coding.

all connections are tight an d also the lights are on all the time, just outside I can't turn the lights off, and no light in the cluster, somebody told me is some kind of safe mode
