Angel Eyes that replace your running lights

Does anyone make them for the 2nd gens? Will the 1st gens angels bolt up to the 2nd gens?

There is an option to add angel eyes.

have them in ole blue and they are sweeet!

I could replace them with the stockers and try to make them work with the R56. Anybody got a turn signal loose from a R56 with a aero package that they could take a photo of to compare?

The turn signals aren't different per aero package...? The fogs and driving lights are in the bumper, the turn signals are in the headlights.

I'm going to try something this weekend similar to angel eyes when I have my headlights apart for the joey mod. I'll let you know how it works out.

They're in the same housing as the fogs. I haven't actually seen it, but I bet if you're decent with wiring you could get it to work. A relay runs down to the drl's. You could unplug that, then wire up a power inverter to the angel eyes (look at theretrofitsource.com) for the CCFL's.

Headlight housing: Low Beams, High Beams, Turn Signals
Foglight housing (If you have Fogs): "Parking/Driving" Light Bulb on the upper half, Fog Light on the lower half.
Foglight housing (If you don't have Fogs): Parking/Driving Light Bulb in the center of the housing.

I think I know what drew might be up to, as its been my idea ever since I finished my Joey mod. The ring of ellipses around the low beam make for a very nice effect when lit up without the headlights. Think LED strip lighting mounted behind this removable ring, wired to turn on with running lights (ones in fog housing).

My plan worked, it looks pretty sweet too. I'll get better pictures on my build thread soon.
