Which fuse tp use my add a fuse with for radar

POSTED IN WRONG FORUM sorry

I am hooking up a radar detector to my 07 coupe " non S.
I picked up one of those add a fuse things that you can replace a fuse with and it will give you an additional connection for an accessory.
My question is what fuse to add it to that will go on and off with the key.

Thanks in advance.

Fuse 36 is what I used. It is a 5 Amp fuse for Heated Windsheild. It is at the bottom (fuse puller end of fuse box) of the second row (row closest to the relays).

My 07 says 36 is N^*** "whatever that is" and the one that looks like the rear window defroster is 38 but that won't work as the fuse adapter would interfere with the access cover. The 07 fuse panel is on the passenger side, the older cars seem to have them on the driver side.
I will have to use fuses 3 thru 9 to fit under the cover.
Those look like left and right window, door lock, something that looks like a headlight with a squirting wiper in it, one that looks like it might be a radio, and one that might be the sunroof, guessing on the last one.

Thanks for the reply

edit:
the N^xxx looks like a filter censored it but the *** is N^JAPAN without the AN

Your post was in the Gen 1 section but I now see that your vehicle is a 2007. I suggest you move your post to the Gen 2 section to get a response from someone that has a repair manual for the 2007 and on Minis.
