It is listed right on the headlight glass, on the outermost edge. I think it's the daytime running lights or brights that are H7

You can buy a drop-in HID kit for $100 off ebay. As long as you set it up right you'll be fine.

So I've always used that Sylvania site to find sizes, and I just noticed that it has H9's listed for my 04 w/HID high beams, when I know it takes H7's. Strange.
Also, this place has every bulb size under the sun for cheap.

I'm not sure how the non xenon ones work, but on mine the high beam is held in a wire retainer. You just push up on one end to remove it from it's groove and the bulb comes right out.

do a search for "HI BEAMS/LOW BEAMS" theres a how to write up.
But pretty easy theres two lids covering your lights one round one square.
the round you twist off like a big bottlecap and the square one you unclasp the wire latches by pulling on them then wriggle out. The bulbs are tricky you gotta pull on one or two (if you got manual dexterity) of those metal prongs (stainless steel ring) holding bulb in place at the same time pull bulb out (at least half of it) then push on the other (3rd) prong holding bulb and pull other end of bulb out. A second person helps to push back on prongs holding bulb, but I did it by myself

I do it by getting one prong pulled back, then tilting the bulb as far as it'll go out that way, then doing the next prong, tiling the bulb a little more, and then when you do the last prong it sorta just pops out. The first time I did it it took forever but then I figured this little process out and I can change them in no time flat now.
