Pump Gas Turbo Only

Hey guys... Just got off the dyno 20 minutes ago. My car is running a stock head, stock intake manifold, and an SPI exhaust manifold with a custom FMIC. These are the numbers it pulled just under 20psi on pump gas. This dyno is notoriously low reading.

I can track down all the parts, throw them in a box and call it a kit. Wouldn't be cheap though... However you could run 20psi all day on stock internals.

Sounds like a darn fine little setup you've got. Is it finished?

Well since no one was interested in the head I had for sale... And I keep bugging Hubbie about his intake manifold... No it's not finished. Look for much higher boost levels and much better flow rates. Oh yeah I have a direct port No2 kit sitting in front of me right now...

Is the track still open or is it closed for the winter now? Should be easy 11s as is which would be nice on pump gas .

Pity that wasn't two weeks ago it would of be nice to see you at Pomona.

Damn, that's awesome! Congrats! Take a video... lol

I don't think it should be too expensive with some custom fabwork... How much more boost do you wanna run? Are you planning on upgrading the pistons? MmMmm direct port... haha

I have already upgraded to CP pistons, ARP rod bolts and head studs... We shall see tomorow how high the boost goes. I accidentally adjusted the boost controller too high while pulling on the highway (just filled up with high octane) and broke loss at 90 plus. I about shat myself.

How does it drive?? Just curious....I think u said you were using a stock ecu map and the Apexi to tune it. Do you have any yo-yo effect using the apexi? I have it and cant seem to get rid of it and its driving me crazy.....

Play around with the engagement points... Adjust where the low map engages first.

CSR's remote mount water pump. Only cost me $250. I have problems warming the car up...
